"Pruning"
It is carried out after the harvest is finished and once the plants have lost their leaves, and therefore, have reached the end of the nutrient reserve accumulation period, pruning begins. During pruning, the aim is to leave the exact number of buds that will give rise to shoots, clusters, leaves, and that will determine the plant's architecture, its production, and characteristics. This period will extend between the months of June and September, the month in which the selected buds will begin to sprout.
