Cuisine with a Colchagua flavor. With an imposing view of the vineyards, the equestrian club, and the Apalta hills, Rayuela is Viu Manent winery's restaurant, where fires and seasonal products are the protagonists. With a seasonal menu inspired by local ingredients, from the sea and the land, its kitchen is led by chef Maira Ramos and accompanied by a careful selection of wines suggested by the winery's sommelier.
Everything, from bread to desserts, is made in-house to offer an authentic and delicious experience in the heart of Colchagua.
