In 1993, Viu Manent was a pioneer in Chile in producing and commercializing a 100% Malbec wine for the domestic and export markets. 30 years after this milestone for the winery, we present an Anniversary Edition of Gran Reserva Malbec, 2022 vintage.
The grapes come from different blocks of the century-old Malbec vineyards of the San Carlos vineyard in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. The wine was carefully aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Ideal with grilled cuts of meat, sweetbreads and cured meats, chickpeas with longaniza sausage. Creamy dishes like hummus or baba ghanoush. Roasted kid goat.
