Enjoy a new blind tasting experience with the Secreto de Viu Manent line at the renowned Don Emelio restaurant in Viña del Mar.
This line focuses on using lesser-known varietals to produce aromatic, fresh, and expressive wines. There is a carefully guarded secret blend, known only to the winemaker, that makes up 15% of each wine.
We will taste four different varietals, blind, to put your senses to the test. The evening will be accompanied by exquisite tapas prepared by the Don Emelio team:
