Viu Manent Winery, a pioneer in producing Chile's first Malbec and recognized as a benchmark for this grape variety, will celebrate Malbec Day with an unmissable enogastronomic event at Rubaiyat Chile.
The event is scheduled for next Tuesday, April 29th, at 8:00 PM, in Rubaiyat Santiago's cozy Figueira Room, where an exclusive tasting will be led by winemaker Patricio Celedón and chef Diego Rojas. It will be a special evening to discover seven distinct expressions of Viu Manent Malbec, perfectly paired with selected cuts from Rubaiyat.
This event begins with a welcome cocktail and promises to highlight the elegance and versatility of one of the winery's emblematic grape varieties, cultivated in Viu Manent's historic century-old vineyards in the heart of the Colchagua Valley.
