Tasting Notes

The wine has a pale yellow color with green hues. Its nose is complex, with aromas of green apple, citrus, white fruits, plus a mineral note. In the mouth it has a very good volume, with excellent acidity and freshness, which are added to a subtle saline flavor at the end that provides complexity and character of the place.
