Case 6 Bottles Secreto Sauvignon Blanc
The grapes that give rise to this Sauvignon Blanc come from two vineyards located in different sectors of the Casablanca Valley. One of them is located next to the town of Casablanca and the other in the Las Dichas sector, approximately 11 kilometers in a straight line from the sea.
Pairing and specifications
An ideal companion for cold dishes such as fresh seafood with green sauce, raw fish cuts. Cold soups (gazpachos), vegetable antipastos.

Tasting Notes
Pale yellow color with green hues. On the nose, it is an intense wine, with aromas of white fruits and flowers, in addition to elegant mineral notes and a clear marine sensation. On the palate, it feels fresh, with good texture and a saline-mineral character that gives it its proximity to the sea. A deep wine, leading to a persistent and pleasant finish.
