Box 6 Grand Reserve Noble Semillon

This wine is produced from an old Sémillon vineyard, over 100 years old, located in our San Carlos vineyard.

The grapes have a high sugar concentration at harvest because it is done late to favor the development of Botrytis cinerea, also known as noble rot.

Pairing and Specifications

Enjoy with aged cheeses such as Roquefort or with foie gras.

Undoubtedly a great alternative when accompanying desserts such as those based on fruits and creams.

• Format: Box of 6 Bottles 500 ml
• Serve at 8-10 degrees.
• Drink now or keep for 10 years.

Tasting Notes

The wine has a complex, intense nose characteristic of noble rot grapes, as well as aromas of ripe papayas, stone fruit, and honey.

Its mouthfeel is unctuous, yet fresh, with a very good structure, great volume, and a persistent finish.
