Description
Viu Infinito is one of our luxury wines. It is a blend based on Cabernet Sauvignon.
It symbolizes, on the one hand, the change and the permanent search for identity in our wines, and the balance in the blend of varieties that make up this blend, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc from the centennial San Carlos vineyard located in the heart of the Colchagua Valley.
Pairing and Specifications
This great wine harmonizes with stews or braises based on intense meats such as lamb, braised beef in its own juices, or Wagyu meats.

Tasting Notes
Viu Infinito is a wine that expresses in all its splendor the finesse and elegance that can be obtained from centennial vines, showing a nose with great definition and purity, full of red fruits, floral notes, and very perfumed.
On the palate it is vibrant, full of life, with very fine tannins, fresh, full of flavors that accompany a finish of great depth and precision.
