A great alternative for grilled meats such as skirt steak or pork malaya, or flank steak stew. Ripe cheeses and spicy cured meats. Roasted and seasoned vegetables. Serve at 16-18 degrees. Aging potential 5 years.

Tasting Notes

Ruby red color with a violet hue. On the nose, it is an expressive wine, marked by red fruits and black fruits, cassis, fresh plum, together with a subtle herbal and spicy note. On the palate, its texture and balance stand out, being at the same time vibrant, with a very good structure and great depth.
