Secret Syrah New Look

The grapes come from the El Olivar vineyard, located near the town of Peralillo, Colchagua Valley.

The vines are an average of 19 years old.

Pairing and Specifications

Recommended for bone-in and smoked red meats, suckling pig, Arab cuisine based on lamb and spices.

• Serve at 16 to 18 degrees.
• Drink 4-5 years.

Tasting Notes

Deep violet color.

On the nose it is fruity, with aromas of black fruits reminiscent of blueberries, blackberries and calafate, accompanied by a subtle meaty note on the finish.

On the palate it is a balanced wine with good concentration.

It presents firm and silky tannins that give way to a persistent finish with tension and minerality in the aftertaste.
