Box 6 Single Vineyard Loma Blanca Carmenere
This Single Vineyard comes from the foothills of the "Loma Blanca" hill, which corresponds to a specific sector of our "El Olivar" vineyard in Peralillo.
The soil is formed over a highly fractured granitic volcanic rock (or flagstones), which allows for extensive root exploration in the rock.
The particularity of this terroir is expressed in the wine through its great character, complexity, delicacy, and depth. We conceptually illustrate this soil on the new label. The background color is burgundy, representing the carmine color of Carmenere.
Pairing and specifications
Recommended with red meat dishes such as venison or beef fillet with semi-sweet accompaniments like sweet potato or beetroot purée. Stews and casseroles with pancetta and corn pie.

- Decant. Aging potential 8-9 years.
Tasting Notes
Deep purple color. The typical character of Carménère is displayed on the nose, highlighting notes of berries and blueberries that blend with aromas of damp earth and black pepper.
On the palate, it is elegant, velvety, and well-structured, with firm and soft tannins that provide texture, balance, and lead to a long and pleasant finish.
