This Single Vineyard comes from the La Capilla vineyard located in Peralillo and is established on an alluvial soil of very low natural fertility and with a high proportion of silt, sand and volcanic ash.
The unique character of this terroir gives the wine very clear fruit notes, great minerality and elegance, and a palate characterized by the texture of its fine tannins. We conceptually illustrate this soil on the new label.
The background color is a light gray, almost white, corresponding to the whitish color seen in the vineyard, a result of the volcanic ash.
