ViBo Wind's Edge
Description
Punta del Viento is the name of the hill where the vineyards that produce this wine are planted. These vineyards receive breezes from the Pacific Ocean, which cool them, especially in the afternoon.
It is a blend of Mediterranean varieties that have adapted very well to the climate and soil of Colchagua.
The blend comes 100% from the El Olivar vineyard and is composed of a Grenache base that provides fruit, perfume, and aromatic intensity, along with a silky mouthfeel and high acidity; Mourvedre, which adds central structure and aromatic complexity, and Syrah, which helps integrate the other two varieties and also enriches the palate with a touch of sweetness, minerality, and a hint of Cinsault.
