Description

Description

This wine is produced from an old Semillón vineyard more than 100 years ago, located in our San Carlos vineyard.

The grapes have a high concentration of sugar at the time of harvest because it is harvested late to favor the development of Botrytis cinerea, also known as noble rot.

Pairing and Specifications

Enjoy with mature cheeses such as Roquefort or with fois gras.

Undoubtedly a great alternative when accompanying desserts such as those based on fruits and creams.

  • Format: 500ml bottle
  • Serve at 8-10 degrees.
  • Drink now or save for 10 years.

CATA's notes

The wine has a complex, intense and characteristic nose of grapes with noble rot, as well as aromas of ripe papayas, stones and honey.

Its palate is unctuous, but at the same time fresh, with a very good structure, great volume and a persistent finish.
