Description
The blend is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, responsible for the central structure and elegance, and Malbec, which provides richness, freshness, and complexity.
This wine is produced from old vineyards that were planted more than 100 years ago in the Fundo San Carlos de Cunaco, located in the heart of the Colchagua Valley.
It is a wine that speaks to our history, origin, and Colchaguan tradition.
Pairing and Specifications
A faithful companion for those who prefer slowly roasted meats, spiced grilled chops, and/or roasted kid goat.
It also harmonizes well with aged cheeses like Parmigiano or Pecorino and grilled offal.
Ideal to decant.
