• When what you received does not correspond to your purchase
• When the product has broken labels, or broken or broken bottles
• When you have kept the product in its original packaging, the bottle closed and without label damage

To accept exchange and refund of money you must present the receipt and remember that the product must be closed, without deterioration of labels and kept in its original packaging.

DEADLINES FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND/OR MONEY RETURN

The Deadline is 15 business days, once the return is approved.
