We ship throughout Chile (Continental) with different logistics providers.

DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and can be received by third parties.

Santiago Province: 24 hours to 5 business days.

Other regions or provinces: 48 hours to 10 business days (Except for extreme regions: Arica, Tarapacá, Aysén, and Magallanes, and inland localities: 72 hours - 10 business days)

Cut-off Time: Monday to Friday 4:00 PM, considering the next business day as the day after 4:00 PM.

Shipments for sales made on Cyber Day, Cyber Monday, or Black Friday:

  • Santiago Province: 24 hours to 15 business days
  • Other regions or provinces: 48 hours - 15 business days (Except for extreme regions: Arica, Tarapacá, Aysén, and Magallanes, and inland localities: 72 hours - 20 business days)

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the order and geographical location. For orders over $50,000, shipping is free within the province of Santiago and some specific areas. For orders under $50,000, costs depend on the geographical area.

$3,500 to over $23,000, depending on the geographical area.
