Tiny Trials Chardonnay
Description
CHARDONNAY - WHITE FROM THE SEA
In the heart of the Coastal Mountain Range, no more than 20 km from the Pacific, overlooking deep and rocky ravines on the south bank of the Rapel River, these young Chardonnay vineyards burst forth into the wild landscape.
Granitic soils characterized by "maicillo" (decomposed granite) and red clay, along with a strong influence from the sea, define its style.
"Tiny Trials" is the result of Viu Manent's enthusiasm for innovating by exploring radical and unique "spots" with soils and climatic influences that are decisive for the wine's style.
This, coupled with small and very careful vinifications that focus on highlighting the variety and the strong influence of the place, allows us to produce these wines of outstanding purity and character.
Pairing and Specifications
Due to its excellent balance between freshness and volume, it is recommended to pair with sophisticated preparations such as fresh or grilled fatty fish, seafood and crustacean risottos, and white game meats like turkey and rabbit.
