Description
Tiny Trials Cinsault "Tinto de Mar" ("Sea Red") originates from Guarilihue – Itata Valley. In the heart of the Coastal Mountain Range, no more than 25 km
from the Pacific, lies this corner lost in time, where amidst forests and ravines, ancient and twisted Cinsault vines adapted to sandy-granitic soils, with little clay and much quartz, and to the marked influence of the sea.
"Tiny Trials" is the result of Viu Manent's enthusiasm to innovate by exploring radical and unique "spots" with soils and climatic influences that are decisive for the wine's style.
This, coupled with small and very careful vinifications focused on highlighting the variety and the marked influence of the place, allows us to produce these wines of outstanding purity and character.
Pairing and Specifications
Its elegant and fresh tannins perfectly accompany lean meat cuts such as pork tenderloin and venison, slow-cooked red meat stews, and vegetable-filled pasta with sauces of agricultural touches.

Tasting Notes
Vibrant and intense red color.
The nose is perfumed, with fresh aromas of strawberries and cherries, accompanied by an elegant note of pink pepper that intertwines with a floral finish.
On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with soft tannins that provide a saline-mineral sensation and a pleasant, persistent finish.
