The grapes come from different blocks planted over 100 years ago in our San Carlos vineyard. The wine was carefully aged in French oak barrels for 12 months before being bottled.

Especially suitable for slow-cooked meats such as "plateada al jugo" (pot-roasted beef short ribs), polenta with mushroom stew, or grilled fatty cuts of beef.

Tasting Notes

It has a deep ruby red color. On the nose, it is an elegant wine with notes of red fruits, cassis, sour cherry, and cherries, with subtle hints of spices and sweet herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, well-structured, intense, balanced, with round tannins, medium body, and a long finish.
