The grapes that give rise to this Syrah come from the Olivar vineyard, located near the town of Peralillo, Colchagua Valley. The plantation has an average age of 20 years.
Pairing and specifications
Recommended for red meats with bone and smoked, suckling pig, Middle Eastern food based on lamb and spices.

Tasting Notes
Deep violet color. On the nose, it is fruity, with aromas of black fruits reminiscent of blueberries, blackberries, and calafate, accompanied by a subtle meaty note at the end. On the palate, it is a balanced wine with good concentration. It presents firm and silky tannins that lead to a persistent finish with tension and minerality in the aftertaste.
